A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional looking to take ownership of the full finance function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

• Perform reconciliations of general ledger and balance sheet accounts

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements

• Support audit processes and year-end financial reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems

Minimum Requirements

• B.Com Degree in Accounting or related field (minimum requirement)

• Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience

• Articles are not required

• Manufacturing industry experience is essential

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
