Our fast expanding client in the Manufacture and supply of Industrial Hardware is urgently seeking an Accountant. The role requires practical experience in gross profit analysis, stock movements, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will work independently while partnering with operational and finance stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• Accounting qualification or coursework (advantageous but not required).

• 5+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

• Fully Bilingual in English/Afrikaans

• Ideally has worked in a Manufacturing or Wholesale/Retail Hardware/Automotive environment

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities: The accountant will take ownership of the profit and loss statement for a trading Business Unit, maintain accurate financial records, execute month-end and year-end processes, and deliver reliable financial and management reporting. Package & Remuneration
