We're looking for a skilled Accountants to join our Finance Department. If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations, this is the role for you!

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial resaults.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Data Management
- Work with large datasets and utilize tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Use pivot tables and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support company strategy.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication
- Present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
- Collaborate with teams across departments, explaining complex data in a way that aids decision-making.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Non-Negotiable
- Bcom Accounting Degree and/or Honours in Accounting
- Min 3 years of post-articles experience.( Preferrably)
- Registered at SAICA and/or SAIPA
- Reporting and analysis experience .
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SAP and QlikView.
- Team management experience is beneficial.
- Data Management
- Strong Reconcillliation understanding
- Comfortable working with large datasets for analysis and reporting.
Exposure to/Knowledge of
- Excel and the full MS Office suite.
