- To manage a portfolio of clients, review work performed by data capturers, and collaborate effectively with team members managing parallel portfolios.
We require a candidate with
- Solid accounting experience (experience is valued over qualifications)
- Proven ability to manage and oversee a portfolio of clients
- Experience reviewing and checking junior staff work (e.g. data capturers)
- A mature, reliable and collaborative working style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Payroll experience is advantageous, but not essential
