The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial information is processed accurately and deadlines are consistently met. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy and organisation. Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Capturing and reconciling daily banking transactions across multiple accounts.

• Processing month-end journals and performing balance sheet reconciliations.

• Preparing and submitting VAT reconciliations and returns in accordance with statutory deadlines.

• Maintaining the fixed asset register and processing monthly depreciation adjustments.

• Managing petty cash and company card reconciliations, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and accurate.

• Facilitating banking-related administration, including account maintenance, finance applications, and liaison with financial institutions.

• Assisting with fund transfers and cash management activities.

• Preparing schedules and supporting documentation required for internal and external audits.

• Providing support across the finance team and contributing to ad hoc projects and reporting requirements as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ commercial experience
