Job Description: This position involves:

• Managing the full debtors and accounts receivable function

• Processing daily invoicing, credit notes, and customer receipts

• Conducting bank, debtor, and general ledger reconciliation

• Maintaining the fixed asset register

• Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes

• Assisting with management reporting and financial analysis

• Supporting inventory reconciliations and stock variance investigations

• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years’ accounting experience in FMCG or Manufacturing

• Exposure to inventory and cost accounting (non-negotiable)

• Strong Excel and ERP accounting systems exposure

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

• B.Com Accounting or (similar)
