Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Reporting to: Financial Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting financial compliance and reporting activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and maintain daily financial transactions, journals, invoices, and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and customer collections.
- Perform bank, creditor, debtor, and cash reconciliations.
- Process payroll-related entries and ensure statutory deductions are accurately recorded.
- Assist with VAT calculations, submissions, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain financial records and filing systems in accordance with company policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance.
- 5–8 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Acumatica accounting software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Sound knowledge of VAT and South African financial regulations.

Package & Remuneration
Salary up to CTC R35 000pm. This is an on-site position.
