• Manage daily accounting and finance functions of the dealership • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and control accounts • Manage debtors, creditors, cashbooks, and bank reconciliations • Monitor departmental profitability and financial performance • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company procedures • Support month-end and year-end financial processes • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, financial institutions, and management • Provide financial support and reporting across all dealership departments Minimum Requirements:
• Must reside within 30 km of the dealership • Minimum 5 years' accounting experience within a motor dealership environment • Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial processes • Experience across all dealership departments • Experience with Xero Automotive Accounting Software will be advantageous • Candidates with solid experience on other recognised automotive dealer management/accounting systems will also be considered • Relevant accounting qualification will be advantageous • Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills • High attention to detail and ability to work independently • Motor Industry experience Essential!
