A company specializing in the Manufacturing of Steel Protective Barrier Solutions, is looking for the ideal candidate to join our ever-growing Financial team in the capacity of a Intermediate Accountant .
Location: Kempton Park, South Africa (Offices)
Duties & Responsibilities
esponsibilities may include but is not limited to
- Provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data and preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 - 8 years’ experience (Cost Accounting / Project Accounting and Financial Accounting)
- Preferred knowledge of SFAS ( Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) Rules
- Registerd SAICA member (Preferred)
