Financial Accountant needed in Benoni/Boksburg.
Salary: R40k - R50k
Are you a qualified finance professional? Do you have the analytical skills to look at a set of books and identify exactly where a company is bleeding money? We are looking for a Strategic Accountant to join our Client. This is not a purely data-entry role. We need a financial gatekeeper who can interpret our financials, provide actionable advice to management, and ensure our books are audit-ready and logical.
The Role
You will report directly to the General Manager and Managing Director. Your goal is to ensure the financial integrity of the company and to act as a financial compass. You need to be the person who says, "We are spending too much here," and explains why.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: A Financial Degree is essential.
- Professional Body: You must be a member of SAIPA or SAICA .
- Completed Articles essential
- Location: Please reside in Benoni / Boksburg or surrounds.
- Personality: We need a strong personality . You must be assertive enough to challenge management on spending habits and robust enough to handle the pressures of reporting to the MD.
- Skills: High proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel, and the ability to interpret management accounts to spot waste and inefficiencies.
Impact: A direct line to decision-makers where your advice will actually be implemented.
