Job Description
The Accountant supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role is responsible for assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and the day-to-day financial operations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations.
- Processing of month end journals
- Assist with the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Cash book processing.
- Resolving accounts receivable queries and sending/uploading monthly customer statements
- Liaise with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Assist with inter-company billings & loan accounts
