Account Manager - Sponsorship (Talent Pool)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop sponsorship proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client and sponsor relationships.
• Manage sponsor accounts and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Drive account growth through renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate sponsorship activations with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide client reporting.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Achieve revenue and sponsorship growth targets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Sponsorship Sales, Account Management, Media Sales, Advertising, Events, or Business Development.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing corporate partnerships and key client accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
