National Logistics / Supply Chain Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with various stakeholders and growing the revenue base of customers in line with the business strategy and growth requirement.
Job Description
- Responsible for Account management and new business development
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Identify new potential customers, prospect, needs analysis, proposal and close
- Maintain and grow existing customer base
- Develop strategic relationships with key role players and stakeholders
Ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is highly advantageous
- Minimum 4 years’ proven sales experience or customer engagement gained within the Courier / Logistics sector
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM Software
- Valid drivers and own reliable transport
- Proven sales record and passion for customers
