- The Account Based Marketing ABM Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for playing a pivotal role in supporting the creation and execution of targeted marketing strategies for specific key accounts.
- This role combines relevant strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven approaches to support the creation of meaningful connections with high-potential accounts and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supports the identification of high-value target accounts based on business objectives.
- Supports with conducting thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of key accounts.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams Sales, Marketing, and Product to design customized ABM campaigns.
- Supports with the creation of personalised content, messaging, and experiences tailored to target accounts.
- Crafts compelling messages that resonate with the target accounts.
- Utilizes various channels email, social media, events to engage decision-makers within target accounts.
- Supports with defining success metrics for ABM campaigns e.g., pipeline growth, deal acceleration.
- Continuously analyses campaign performance and provides feedback to leadership.
- Implements account-specific tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, understanding their pain points and providing relevant solutions.
- Leverages marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to enhance ABM efforts.
- Supports the best ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives such as Tour de France.
- Coordinates and participates in events, trade shows, and webinars that are relevant to target accounts.
- Performs any other ABM activities as required by leadership team.

Academic qualifications and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in ABM, digital marketing, or relevant IT domains can provide a competitive advantage.
Required experience
- Seasoned demonstrated experience in a technology and/or business environment, preferably a global organization.
- Seasoned demonstrated experienced gained within a Marketing or Marketing Communications or On-line Agency role.
- Seasoned demonstrated ABM experience with a strong familiarity with robust CRM systems.
- Seasoned demonstrated track record of driving targeted, optimized digital campaigns and programs.
