Cartrack is seeking a high-potential graduate to join our Accelerated Management Training Programme. The programme has been successfully running for the past 6–7 years and has developed several successful managers and leaders within the organisation.
This is a fast-paced development opportunity designed for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, initiative, adaptability and a genuine interest in understanding how a business operates. Duties & Responsibilities
The programme typically runs for 6–9 months and provides structured rotations across key business functions, including:
• Sales • Debtors • Customer Service • Finance • Marketing You will gain practical, hands-on exposure to different areas of the business while identifying your strengths and areas of interest. As you develop, you will progressively take on greater responsibility and ownership. The programme also provides direct exposure to senior leadership , including collaboration with the CEO, Group CEO, COO and fellow Training Managers.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Engineering or a related analytical/science field
- Industrial Engineering or Actuarial Science would be advantageous
- Strong academic performance, particularly in Mathematics
- Good Matric results
- Science subjects are advantageous, excluding Biology as the primary science subject
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of initiative and willingness to take ownership
- Adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong interest in business and management
