Start free — we apply for you →- Assist with the formulation and implementation of teaching and learning activities related to nursing staff development. • Ensure that all teaching and learning content is current, evidence-based, risk based and aligned with advances in healthcare and educational best practices. • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in alignment with legislative frameworks and Melomed requirements. • Formulation, design and implementation of SANC CPD programme. • Development of clinical competencies. • Assist in coordinating the planning, accreditation, and implementation of educational programmes in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. • Oversee the development, review, and continuous improvement of curricula. • Develop micro curriculum frameworks, study guides, teaching and learning materials, and supporting documentation in line with regulatory requirements. • Review teaching, learning, and assessment strategies to ensure academic excellence. • Provide academic support and contribute to staff and student development and success. • Monitor student performance and provide feedback or analysis on results. • Develop and maintain college year planners, study schedules, and other academic support structures. • Participate in or formulate relevant academic committees e.g., review committees. • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to company policies and all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
