Marketing ManagerShape the future of marketing within a leading consumer business.C-Suite Preferred is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing, strengthen brand equity and unlock new avenues for consumer-led growth.This role requires a forward-thinking marketing leader who can combine commercial insight, creative excellence and digital innovation to build a future-ready marketing capability.Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will lead a team of five direct reports and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations growth strategy across restaurant, digital, delivery, loyalty and franchise channels.Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overarching marketing and growth strategy. Strengthen brand equity and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.Translate consumer insights, cultural trends and customer data into commercial growth opportunities. Lead innovation across products, customer experiences, digital platforms and strategic partnerships.Champion the adoption of AI, MarTech and data-driven marketing capabilities. Optimise marketing investment, campaign effectiveness and commercial performance. Build and develop a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate with senior leadership, franchise partners and agencies to deliver integrated marketing strategies.Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
