Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and BI teams, ensuring reporting, analytics, and data solutions align with strategic objectives. You'll gather and analyze requirements, define key business metrics, support the design of dashboards and data models, and help unlock insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You'll also play a key role in process improvement initiatives and promoting BI best practices across the organization.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional BI solutions
- Experience working with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with process mapping, including documenting "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes
- Ability to work within fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to project management within BI initiatives advantageous
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in information systems, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Solid understanding of business processes and performance metrics
- Knowledge of business intelligence principles and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with modern analytics and business reporting tools
