- Making consistently great coffee - Serving and interacting with customers - Working in the kitchen and assisting with food preparation - Taking orders and helping wherever needed - Cleaning dishes, equipment and work areas - Keeping the coffee shop clean, hygienic and organised - Restocking and assisting with daily shop duties - Supporting your team during busy periods Basically being a true all-rounder!
We're looking for someone who
Has previous Barista experience - Has a big, bubbly and friendly personality - Loves interacting with people - Is confident, energetic and positive - Can remain calm and efficient under pressure - Is hardworking and reliable - Is a strong team player - Is willing to work in the kitchen and do cleaning duties - Takes pride in keeping their workplace clean and organised - Is happy to jump in and help with whatever needs to be done - Is well-presented and professional - Has a genuine passion for great coffee and great customer service
IMPORTANT: This is an all-rounder position - we need someone who is happy to make coffee, help in the kitchen, serve customers, clean and do whatever is needed to keep a busy coffee shop running smoothly.
