- Design, plan and prepare experimental work (from first year to Advanced Diploma).
- Assist academic staff with supervision of practical work in the laboratories (first year to Advanced Diploma).
- Preparation of reagents for undergraduate practical class for Water and Wastewater analysis.
- Administering undergraduate practical reports.
- Assist in the maintenance of laboratory safety.
- Calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Safety Management, inspections and regular safety risk assessments.
Minimum requirements
- BTech or Postgraduate Diploma in Water Care or Water Science and Technology.
- At least two years of tutoring and/or research experience at a tertiary institution will be required, and/or industry-related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer programs.
- Full proficiency in English is a prerequisite
