Duties & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for store performance, sales, and profitability.
- Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams, including junior managers and supervisors.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
- Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
- Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention.
- Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and brand experience.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex customer issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
