Retail Learnership Programme (12 Months)

Location: Welkom, Free State

The Qualification is a Health Promotion Officer , where you will be expected to both learn and apply yourselves in our Retail environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• Rotational shifts

• Approximately 42 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Service

• Cashier Operations

• Merchandising & Shelf Packing

• Stock Receiving & Store Operations

• Receiving Deliveries

• Structured Learning & Workplace Assessments

You'll rotate through different departments, giving you exposure to many areas of retail and helping you discover where your strengths lie.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Grade 12 (Matric)

✔ South African ID

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Passion for customer service

Retail experience is an advantage—but not required .
